I was at camp last week and I mostly ate salads. I had bread or grain at breakfast, French toast, bagels, and pancakes. I had lunch once when I had grain (hamburger on a bun) and had one dinner with bread (peanut butter jelly sandwich). Now I'm back to my normal schedule with food, which I eat bread at every meal, like having an English muffin for breakfast, a sandwich at lunch, and something like pizza for dinner. I would like to know why I'm getting full faster and if eating more bread is one of the causing effects for me getting full easily because I'm not used to it as I was 2 weeks ago.

Like in Smuckers creamy peanut butter I saw a jar that it was 200 calories per serving and on another jar it said it was 210 calories per serving. Also the same with skim milk, it's sometimes 90 calories or 80 calories a cup.

I had a yogurt parfait, and I didn't use a cup of yogurt, I wound guess about 5 ounces and I added blueberries and raspberries, and used golden grahams instead of granola. The cup I used could only hold 1 cup, and it was a little bit less than cup.

Contioning is working out, strength exercises. For breakfast I had a yogurt parfeit with blueberries and raspberries and instead of using granola I used golden grahams.

I am a level 5 (last year's level 6) gymnast. I want to get this skill, because instead of doing a clear hip circle to a push away kip, I want to do a sole circle to a push away kip. I need help with flicking my wrists up and over the bar, and get my body over the bar too. I have the first half down good it's just the last half, getting over the bar again. Yesterday my stomach was tight and firm and I ate well, and I didn't exercise. Today I exercised and did strength training, but my stomach is all flabby, and I ate breakfast and had one snack, nothing else, and my stomach is flabby. I have been really happy lately because my stomach was firm, tight, and skinny. Today is the first day my stomach is flabby, and I exercised and ate right. Please I want to know why this happened.
