I am seventeen years old. Ever since I was very young (like six), I have been obese. A medicine I was taking until a few years ago combined with stress has caused it. The medication was to help me fall asleep as I had sleeping problems. I have been trying to lose weight for a while, but I keep on gaining.

I eat whole grain cereal (Reeses' Puffs, Kix, Honey Nut Cheerios, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, or Fruit Loops), mandarin oranges (no sugar added), and milk for breakfast.

For a morning snack, I have a Quackers Fiber and Omega 3 Granola Bar.

As for lunch, I have a plain turkey/chicken sandwich made with whole grain white bread, baby carrots, and a pear. I normally have water with it.

My afternoon snack is Activia yogurt. I alternate between Activia Lite and Activia Fiber.

My suppers are TV dinners (unhealthy, I know). I mainly eat Banquet and Kid Cuisine.

I was 268 pounds the last time I weighed myself

Unlike many other teens, I absolutely HATE soda. My stomach is quite sensitive and I rarely (if ever) drink soda because of it.

My senses are easily overwhelmed. I cannot be anywhere near tuna or other smelly foods, never mind eat them.

I do 40 sit-ups, 30 wall push-ups, 1 daily walk, and 20 leg lifts daily. I am open to suggestions for more exercise, as long as they don't require extra equipment and can done at home.

I would also like a few suggestions for dinner. Though I still live with my mom, I do most of the shopping as she's wheelchair bound.

Please no acai berries or other such things.

For a while, I've been looking for Cyndaquil, Chikorita, and Totodile. Is anyone willing to trade? I have the other starters and breed them, and I breed Eevees with the move Wish. Other Pokemon I'm willing to trade are:

I have defeated the Pokemon Champion, seen all 150 Pokemon on the Sinnoh Pokedex, got the National Pokedex and Pokeradar, and I cannot find Growlithe, Nidoran(m), or Nidoran(f) on Route 201 or Route 202! I have my Pokemon Firered game inserted in the Gameboy Advance Slot of my Nintendo DS and I have used the Pokeradar like crazy in this area. Also, I haven't recieved a Crown for my Accessories Case from the girl on the 2nd floor of Pal Park and I can't transfer my Pokemon from Firered to Pokemon Pearl! Any suggustions? I am getting tired of constantly looking for those Pokemon.

I am trying to get enough NP to buy a Royal Paint Brush at the Hidden Tower. Also, I have both a PetPet Labratory Map Piece and a piece of the Secret Labratory Map. Anyone interested in trading them at the Trading Post? What can I expect to be offered for these two items at the Trading Post?
