I had a Sprint account back in 2002, I only had the account for about 3 months then defaulted on it. I was on my credit for about 7 years, than it fell off. Now I am trying to get a house and my credit was pulled. About a month that, i noticed there was a collection account on my credit report that was from April 2011. I found out that is was in fact from Sprint (2002) account and they changed the origination date of the collection account. How do I get it off my report? Will simply disputing it do the trick? It's NOT valid anymore.

I was getting ready to my mothers on Thanksgiving and was on the phone with my sister. I have one of those summer video baby monitors. I keep the camera on all the time and i happen to have the monitor on. I was walking by the monitor and noticed something move from view of the camera. I continued to watch and saw it come back into view. I took my still camera that will also take video

and began to record what i was seeing on the baby monitor. I would be very interested in what

people think.

I have a mortgage with one bank and could not pay so the bank started foreclosure proceedings. The foreclosure is not completed yet so does the new bank have to start all over and file all over again?

I had my ultrasound done at 17 weeks and 4 days and the tech said she never promises anything, but it looks like a little girl. I have two boys already and desparately want a baby girl. The tech never gave me the gender picture but my husband took video of the ultrasound session. These pictures you are about to view are stills that i took from my computer that i believe to be gender shots. Would be second guessing it with these photos? I'm just worried that i'm gonna go to my next ultrasound and they are going to say boy...lol i know call me crazy. So what does everyone think of these pictures? I would even like to hear if you thought you were having twins also and your experiences with your dopplers.

I was just wondering if anyone out there have used a fetal doppler of their own and found two heart beats? I know you can find your own and it would be much slower than your baby's heartbeat. Most of the fetal dopplers have a digital screen that shows the fetal heartrate.

My sister and i bought a house together 3.5 years ago and now she just wants to give the house back to the bank. I'm not on the mortgage just the deed. Can the mortgage company come after me for the difference? I'm affraid she will try to sue me for half of the difference even though it wasn't my choice to give back the house and i'm not on the loan. Do you think she will get anything?

I intend on speaking with an attorney. i just wanted other opninions til i do so.
