i do a 3 time a week full body powerlifting rutine and also a type of hiit workout of about 5 sets of 50 rope skips, 10 burpees 20 mountain climbers and 20 yard sprint 4-5 times a week and i also jump rope 100-400 times a day extra for fun? my goal is to be a personal trainer im 17 5'11 and 230 pounds.and also is my hiit workout any good?

ive been lifting wieghts for almost a year and next summer i wunna start competing in stong men competions i will be a junior in highschool next year and im 245 lbs and deadlift 495 and squat 445 and bench 315 i plan on working on my clean and press/ clean and jerk its at about 175 also i dont feel like posting another thing but i wunna be able to dead lift a small car.. any hints on how to train for that and where can i get atlas stones for cheap?
