How to socialize normally? Any tips and hints from your experience?
I find it hard to break the ice to people. It is hard to link and bond to people. Sometime they are too friendly and warm that stress me out. It seems obligated that I should be warm and friendly to them back.I have social anxiety. I couldn't find it easy. If I get social mask, it would be easier. I have strong urge to leave the big party or event that lots of people inside. I want to escape from the crows. Also, am i so sensitive to human noise? I am introvert. What should I do
