This is a totally serious question. I have very curly hair and straighten it quite frequently. I try to go 2 or 3 days without washing it, because as soon as I wash it, it turns curly again. I can never go longer than one day without having my hair smell bad. It looks better on the 3rd day that it does on the 1st. I know many AA Women only wash their hair every couple of weeks. So, what do they use in the mean time to keep their hair from smelling funky? I have tried hairspray, body sprays, etc. PLEASE no ignorant comments. If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all.

I recently went to a wedding for a co-worker. I gave a gift of money. I was surprised that none of my other co-workers brought a gift for the couple. We are all pretty close, so I asked why they hadn't brought a gift. They said that since we threw her a shower, and gave gifts at work, a gift for the wedding was not necessary.
