HI!

yesterday i endured the most terrifying and the most painful phase ever. so this is what happened. for the past three days i had sleeping problems. couldn't sleep at all, i go to bed like about 10pm and i cant fall asleep till 3-4 am, then i would wake up like at 6am. yesterday i went to bed at 9pm, i fell asleep finally, but all of a sudden at about 11pm i had this chest,shoulder,stomach,and back pain. i felt my heart tight, and it was beating really fast, my breath was shortened, my left hand was hurting. its was massive pain that i started crying hysterically, i ran out of my room and woke up my parents, i couldn't control myself with this pain, my parents were really scared, my mom gave me water, and medicine. still it didn't help, finally my dad told me to calm down, and lay down on the couch and take deep breaths, the pain calmed down for a little, but my chest was still tight. i went on my bed, tried to sleep with the pain. my hand became numb, and i fell asleep but the pain was still there.

btw, i am a 14 year old girl, high school freshman, i am 5 feet 2 inches, i weigh 145 (a little overweight) i used to have cholesterol, but last week i took a blood test, and the doctor told me theres no sign of cholesterol anymore. i am really active, i play basketball everyday at school, im suppose to take the bus home from school, but i walk home instead, at home i do an additional exercise only three times a week, i do dance workout. i dont eat a lot of fatty foods, only once a week i eat 1 slice of pizza, other days i maintain my required diet.

now please answer my question, was that a heart attack or something else?

my answers:

- my best part is when they talked about michael Jackson's accomplishments and how he was a perfectionist

- the part that made me cry was towards end when they were talking about the trial, and how innocent he was, how heartbroken he was even after they, the jury announced hes was not guilty on all 14 counts. i had tears in my eyes.

- what i didn't know about mj that was mentioned in the documentary was when they said that michael was under the influence of drugs while performing in the 30th anniversary of the Jackson's, he put on a great show during that performance that it seemed very unnoticeable.

so i just found out that katy perry tied MJ's record for having 6 #1 singles from BAD album.

i became very upset because katy perry is not that good of an artist, and for that artist to tie a record that the most talented person in the world made.

i have listend to katy perry's songs, and in my opinion they are not that good.

To me the record is still there and no one has ever and will never tie it ir break it.
