i am a guy working in a firm(KPO). i have 3 bro. i also have family business which is running by my bros. i am most educated among my bros. some time i am thinking to join them. it is just 18 months i had started working after finished of my education. i am not getting satisfiable salary but after job switching i will get. i am damn confused in should i continue my job or join my family business. my age is 25.
