I love fishing and hunting in Northern New Jersey. I have just begun fly fishing and love catching trout, bass, pike, walleye, musky, and anything else. I also like baseball, football and wrestling.
What is the best wilderness survival course?
My uncle went on the outward bound course and he said he loved it. Im good in the outdoors and love being in the outdoors.
I wanna learn primitive hunting tracking and trapping. stuff like that does anyone have any ideas?

I was thinking of doing squats- 225 and going up for 3 sets.
Leg press- Startin with 5 plates on each side going up for 3 sets.
Front squat- 135 going up
calf raises- 185 going up for 3 sets
Could you add anything or just suggest a better workout? Thanks
