  • Did anyone read this wedding article?

    http://lifestyle.msn.com/relationships/articletkt....

Seriously, all I can say is, "Hallelujah!" Someone finally asked the guests. This is a must read to all couples tying the knot out there.

  • Has anyone made a wedding veil? Question for you..?

To anyone that has actually made a wedding veil before, did you finish the edges or did you leave it raw tulle? I'm not asking for directions or where I can go to buy one or get one made, I'm just asking what others have done when making a veil.

    Thank you!

  • Any good restaurants to host a shower in Chicago South Suburbs?

We, the bridal party, are looking to host a bridal shower at a restaurant for about 30 guests. Does anyone know of any good restaurants that have facilities and menus for a shower luncheon in the Orland Park area? I'm not looking for a church or hall. We are looking for a restaurant that serves good food, where they take care of everything and all we need to do is provide the guests, some decorations and pay for it. Thanks!!

  • When to file a Schedule C or C-EZ?

How much do you have to make before you HAVE to file a schedule C? If it's not enough, you won't get a 1099, right?

  • Rodgers or Roethlisberger?

Which QB would be the best choice this week? Rodgers has done well for me, but last week, was the worst. Do I chance that he'll be better this week, against the Bears' defense or should I start Big Ben? My matchup is really close this week and every point will help keep me in first.

  • Start, Forte or Jones-Drew?

They are both projected to get the same amount of points, but now I think I'm leaning toward Jones-Drew because Chicago is playing undefeated Tennessee. Anyone have thoughts?

  • What appetizer and dessert would you serve?

I'm making dinner for friends on Sunday and was looking for an appetizer that would pair well with spinach, mushroom and feta cheese stuffed chicken. And then I'm also looking for some dessert ideas. Something that I could make ahead of time and serve after dinner.

    Thanks!

  • How do I stop my dog from peeing in the house?

My dog has started peeing in my boyfriend's daughter's room. She is let out all the time. She doesn't have excess water. I just moved in there over the summer and she didn't do this then. She never went inside at my place. She only does it when someone is home. I don't know how to get her to stop. We started taking her out more, picking up the water and restricting her access in the house, but she still manages to do it somehow. I have a cage, but I can't cage her when we are home, that's meant for if she was doing this when she was alone.

  • How many of you can actually wear white in its true meaning?

Since a large majority of people keep quoting the old etiquette about not wearing white, black or even red to a wedding because it has old traditional or etiquette meaning, I was wondering how many of you that quote that are actually sticking to the traditional meaning of a white wedding dress? And, if you are not, in it's full definition, technically able to wear white to your wedding and are doing so, isn't it hypocritical to tell someone which color she can or cannot wear to a wedding?

  • Does anyone have instructions or a pattern for a hanging diaper stacker?

I'm looking for instructions to make a hanging diaper stacker. I don't want to go and buy a pattern set, since that's the only item I'm looking to make. I did Google it, but the results I found were not very user friendly.

  • Does anyone have Christmas gift ideas for a 10 year old boy?

Anyone have any fun gift ideas for a 10 year old boy that is financially disadvantaged. He is already receiving the necessity gifts (e.g. new coat, gloves, hat, clothes, etc.). Obviously, if he is in financial need he should get the necessities, but he's a 10 year old boy and allowed to want things other than those gift ideas. Can anyone think of something a 10yo boy may like for Christmas within a budget of $20-25?
