I am a wife, mother of 2, sister, grandmother to 4 wonderful aged grandchildren and friend to many people. I also have a few "adopted" kids! lol I am in my 50's, but I like to say that I am $49.95 plus shipping and handling! lol I am a contradiction: quiet yet love to laugh, shy yet outspoken, quick to react yet calm, selfish yet thoughtful. A homebody and a loner - I have few very close friends, but each one is very special to me and I would do pretty much anything for them. My sweet husband is absolutely wonderful and I count my blessings that we are together every day. I am a Libra and try to be fair about everything, which sometimes is a downfall for me, but oh well! lol I am just a big kid at heart and so is my husband! lol We love to laugh and have fun! I LOVE Classic Rock n Roll and going to Karoke! I'm not a great singer, but after a few Margaritas - I sound MUCH better! ha! ha! I am definitely a Fun-Loving, Free Spirit.
Will a Realtor tell you what an inherited home is worth without obligation to list the property?
My sister & I are now co-owners of this home in Victoria, Texas. We are trying to decide a fair market value of the home because I am thinking about buying out my sister's share so I can move into the home since it is larger & in a better area than where I currently reside. We've had a recent professional appraisal done of the property. But I am aware that in reality properties usually sell for less than the appraisal value, especially in today's slumping housing market.
4 AnswersRenting & Real Estate1 decade agoHow do you burn a MP3 movie file onto CD to view in a standard DVD player?
The MP3 movie file originated as a download in AVI format and was then converted to MP3 format.
I want to be able to burn the file onto a CD-R, and have it be playable in a standard DVD player connected to my TV.
