I'm always hearing girls say they want a guy who can make them laugh. That's the main thing they look for in a guy along with a great personality. I make these girls laugh all the time and I have a nice personality (not to sound too boastful) yet I still can't win them over. What else do I need to do?

Why is so hard to find a girl interested in a serious relationship? A girl who doesn't spend all their free time partying, getting drunk, and sleeping with other guys? What are some signs that show that's all she's interested in doing? Is it because I live in California and that's all people care about here? Maybe I should move. Any advice?

It seems like I must talk to the wrong girls or something. I will start talking to a girl and we're really into each other and we have a lot in common and all the sudden she'll just stop talking to me, like ignore me. Why do these girls act so into you and the all the sudden just ignore you? It doesn't make any sense to me.

I don't make any inappropriate jokes, I don't move fast at all, and I'm not sarcastic either, everything just flows naturally and she doesn't give me any hint of dislike. Any advice or insights as to why this might happen are appreciate. Please leave your rude comments off this post. Thanks in advance.

Girls, I have the hardest time getting your attention and creating a genuine like. I do tend to be very shy at first but if someone engages me in a conversation, I can really talk.

I do have confidence in myself. Personality wise I feel I have a lot to offer. Most (if not all) the qualities girls say they want, I feel I have. It's just that I lack some confidence in my appearance. I always dress sharp (for work and school) in business attire, however I don't have that 'hot' look. I don't consider myself ugly, just average. I just can never seem to get a girl to give me a chance and have my personality show.

What do I need to do to create that instant chemistry to get girls to give me a chance and prove myself?

What is the difference between a bachelor of science in accounting and bachelor of science in business with a concentration in accounting? Is one more designed toward becoming a CPA/CMA?
