I am a US citizen, born & raised in NYC. Over the years, I have two children under the age of 5 years old. I have found it much more financially realistic to survive living in Mexico, even though I work in the US. I cross the border everyday.

My question is: Should I file as a resident of CA? Can I claim the childcare expenses I pay in Mexico?

If I recall correctly, Bush openly stated that the cause of the war was the threat of WMD's, no evidence of such was ever found. Has there ever been an investigation as to how a President can spearhead a war int a country, killing thousands, etc...
