For the last 4yrs, I've been having really bad anxiety and panic attacks due to my past, but only recently (the last 2yrs) they've been getting worse due to my past. I've recently started opening up to the one person I can, my boyfriend who has been nothing but supportive and amazing. He's in the military tho so this deployment has been hard on me..

Everytime I have a attack, either panic or anxiety, I get sick for at least 4days- horrible cough, vomitting... I usually get these attacks at least 3x a month, but why do I keep getting sick from them? I used to think stress but now I don't know. Even when my boyfriend is home for a day or 2 I still get sick.

I sound like a nut case but I was just curious if that was normal? If it matters, I was diagnosed with PTSD 6 months ago and don't take medication for it, I don't really believe in medication...

Its not that I just get sick, but the coughing is horrible. I feel like I'm always sick!

So here's my questions- Is it normal to be sick after a panic/anxiety attack? Why do I get coughing fits directly after these attacks or even during? Is any of this normal? Is there any way to treat any of this without medication? Or if medication is needed, do I just see my regular doctor?

I recently started a new diet and slowly have increased my exercise. I've been doing well on it and am slowly losing weight but is it the healthy weight loss?

Amongst eating healthier, I've changed alot of my diet to 3 main things although there are other things I eat as well. But I eat at least 4-5 apples a day, salad, and a fiber supplement. And at least 2gallons of water a day if it matters. Is too much fiber too much? Is this all too much fiber? Even when I don't exercise I still have very slowly been losing.

I am heavy set and am in my mid 20's if it matters...

So, this may be a silly question but I have looked up and down for the information needed for this....

I lived in Phoenix AZ for roughly 3months and than moved back to my hometown in NW Washington. In Phoenix I lived with a man who was abusive and controlling so I left for my hometown. Upon arriving in WA, I was getting call after call from him and no matter how many times I changed my phone number or my address (even as far as a PO Box) he still contacts me. He has sent me threatening messages, texts, and phone calls and has even gone as far as contacting my mother (Who lives in a different area as I) and threatened her... I've told him on more than one occasion to not contact me at all in any shape or form yet he still does. I'm tired of recieving threat upon threat and feeling as though my family is in danger. His "mom" lives within 50miles of me and has threatened me as well... I know what he is capable of and have seen it with my eyes and he will not stop at anything...

I was wrong once to let him into my life but I learned and it won't happen again. I won't let him near my family no matter what it takes... But I need a restraining order I believe... So here's my question for you... How does it work to file a restraining order from one state to another? And, I've heard from more than one person that Arizona follows different laws within it's state. If that's the case, how would I go about this? Or if a restraining order isn't the best option, what is?

Where to start...

Well, I'm 22 and the man that I have been dating is 53. Although the age thing isn't un-normal for me, it's different. The oldest I've dated was 47 but does age truly matter? He knows my age and his children (he has 5, one younger than I) are semi-okay with it although they don't know my true age yet lol...

I've always thought dating older men was fine, but is 31yrs too much of a stretch? We truly enjoy each others company and my family only see's him as a "friend" for the time being. (((I haven't told anyone yet)))

As of recently, my father has undergone chemo and radiation treatments. He's been having his treatments roughly 10-12times per month. Anyways, my questions is this.. He recently had kidney stents put in to help with the process that he has been going through. The doctors recently gave him not long to live although, directly after the stents were put in, he started to hallucinate quiet a bit. Questions are meaningless and words are jumbled with another. It wasn't until the stents were put in that he got to be this confused.

Is this normal? When I have asked the doctors, they say that it is although after much research, I haven't found any other cases or studies that involved either! I know it's not normal, but is he the only one?

He is on many medications but mainly the same that he was on before including Morphine, Vicodin, Lorazapan, the usual I guess (or so I've been told).

Call me stupid or whatever but am I just blind...?

This is going to sound stupid but I can't find any information on Area 51! I know what you're thinking! You're going, "Yeah, duh! How lame are you?" lol, but I don't mea any information in general. I mean... Funding!

It's classified as a governement area, classified obviously, but where do I find information on money that we as the people have paid for it? If it's government funded, wouldn't we be paying for it with our taxes?

I know it's a weird question but dang! I've been trying to find anything and I'm sure its classified but any ideas on where to look?

As of recently, my father was diagnosed with cancer. I've always looked for music for comfort for everything. I don't feel strong enough for him and want to be there for him more than anything.

Does anyone have a good idea as to what song(s) are inspirational for being there for someone? Or how to stay strong in times of need?

I am really close with my parents, and as of a year ago, my father was diagnosed with cancer. At first, they thought that his cancer would be cured with surgery, but after realizing it would not be cured with surgery, they decided to do chemo and radiation. My father means everything to me, and without him, I don't know what I would do.

When I was 16 (I am 22 now), I lost my best friend due to a roadside bomb in Iraq, and after getting a phone call from his parents that he had passed away, I took my car and left for 4 months. My parents filed a missing persons report even and I finally came home. I regret many other things as well but obviously that was one of the main ones... Anyways, I'm worried that I will do the same thing with my father.

After seeing him this last time in over a month, he has become extremely weak and I'm so scared of losing him.... My question is this....

How do I stay strong for him? I live over 150miles away from him but it's so hard for me to stay strong when I can't even be strong for myself. I don't go to church like I used to and I don't have a support group over here ( I just moved here not long ago).

I really don't know how to stay strong or where to start for him or for myself. What can I do for him?

I am 22yrs old and was in a relationship for 3years. The man I was with was 11yrs older than I am but he was my everything for awhile until he started to hurt me more than anyone ever could.

I recently moved out of the place that him and I once called home with his 3yr old and am looking to start a new life without them in it. I moved 200miles away and no matter what I do, no matter where I go, I am constantly reminded of him. I do not have a support group in this area and do not know anyone besides my 2 co-workers( who are 20+years older than I am). I do not know where to go or who to talk to, and I really do not know how to move on in my life.

I am usually very strong willed and outgoing, Headstrong to say the least... But since moving and having it be extremely rough for me, I really don't know how to move on.

Does anyone have any ideas? Anything, no matter what it is, is greatly appreciated! I feel so lost and confused... ...

Silly question, but I had a myspace account, and recently deleted my ex after threatening emails from him. I know I am a friend on his myspace, but can he see bulletins I post? And if so, any idea's on how not to let him see it? He's threatened the man that I am dating because he found his profile on myspace... So, if I were to ''block'' my ex, could he still see my bulletins and blog?

This may sound really silly but I recently purchased a plan for Comcast (the 3 for 1 deal) which includes Internet, Cable, and Phone for the price of $99 a month. Before I was using Verizon and could call internationally to some family in the Netherlands using 10-10-297 and than the rest of the phone number since that 10-10-297 is much cheaper than the usual rates. However... since I have switched to Comcast, the system will not let me use a 10-10 number. By any chance, are there any numbers that you can use before dialing a International call using Comcast?

Okay so this might come across as a silly question, but this summer I am getting a tattoo (in early July) of a Yin-Yang with a cross around it. However, I've been told by some friends that the Yin-Yang is a sign of evil in the American Culture. I've done lots of research and can't find any sign of it being pure evil, other than it represents the good and bad in all of us, or at leas that's how I take it.

So, my question is, in the American Culture, is it meant/seen as a bad thing? And what are some other translations besides what I am thinking? ..One last question, for the Yin-Yang I want to put a quote with it, any idea's? haha, I know I've asked quiet a few questions, but any ideas? I know that this may sound silly but just hear me out please...

I recently broke up with a man who I was with for 3yrs and we took pictures of us, sexually together. Some were together and some were seperate but most were of me for him since we moved 200miles apart... ((wow this is embarassing))

Anyways, we broke up on not so great terms, and I had completely forgotten that he had those pictures. Four months later (a few days ago) I got a call from my parents, some family, and some close friends saying that they recieved not only a few pictures of me nude but a movie that him and I had shot together yet he blacked himself out.

Not only am I now embarassed about what happened, but it's horrible! I feel violated! I've lost all trust in everyone now!

So, is it a crime to do that sort of thing? And, if anyone has any advice as to where to go from here or what to say to people that ask, that'd be great! I'm so lost as to what to do, and confused!
