So I was driving through Murphy, NC (nowhere near my hometown in NC or where I go to college in GA) and I was pulled over by a state trooper for going 74 in a 60. Total cost of the ticket is $218 (all but $30 being court fees) and I have know idea what my best course of action is at this point. It's my first ticket/offense of any variety. Should I go to court? What should I do?

I have a lot of songs on my ipod from various places, that did not come from my Itunes music library, i want to get a new ipod, but first i need to get all the songs on my current ipod onto the Itunes music library on my computer, and not just the 'purhcased' songs. Any body know, 10 points to best answer and thanks to all that read this. (its the 1st gen. 1 gig nano if that matters btw) Thanks.

so i really like this girl...she's an unbeleivable person, everything that i am looking for in a girl...(which is more then most guys my age are looking for. :)...I really like her but my best freind since Kindergarten likes her a lot too, and i think that she likes him more then me...i'm really good freinds with both of them right now....but i can't keep it up...should i ask the girl and risk losing both of them to bring peace of mind to myself....my best freind will get over it eventually cause we're to tight for him not to...the girl won't though....I'm 14 by the way...8th grade if that helps :) HELP!

Ok, i know law of football is DON'T change teams but i have been a Chelsea fan all my life, i am only 13 though, I still like some of the players but a lot of my favorites have. I want to cheer for a new team and i don't care if they're good, here;s some details to help eliminate some suggestions, I want a team in the EPL or Bundes Liga. I don't care if they're good i want a team with a respectable coach who trys to play football.
