I just graduated from college this past spring and have been renting for 3 years at our current apartment. We are looking to buy our first home. We both have great credit over 700 but I am worried because I have student loans. I owe $42,000 in loans which costs $310 per month. Our annual income is now up to $92,500. We have 2 car payments one thats $240 and the other that's $516. I have not saved much money for a down payment because I paid off credit cards that I charged while I was in school. I don't know if we are too far in debt to even try especially with little down payment? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. =D

I wrote a blog about a situation that happened at work. My sister-in-law read the blog and she thinks that I was talking about her but I wasn't. I know that the persons/situation I blogged about had similar issues that she did. I explained to her that it wasnt about her but she's upset and not replying. Any suggestions on what to do?
