I legally need a registered agent for my LLC. What is a registered agent? Who can legally be a registered agent? Does it have to cost nearly $100/year (according to Legal Zoom) or can it be done cheaper?

I have an employee id number and was informed that basically you only get one per person. Is it true that I can use this EIN for any business that I have? I noticed that on my EIN Notification Letter, my current business is listed because this is the business for which I filed the EIN.

I am starting a new business and was wondering if I could get a simple answer on to rather I can (when forming the LLC) just use my current EIN.

I am doing business as (business name). I have a DBA/Sole Proprietorship that I no longer want. How do I get rid of it?

SIDE NOTE: The DBA name I want to keep, just not the actual business entity. I want the name to just be trademarked so that it's products can be sold elsewhere.

I started a 'BETA' Business just to gain experience with Taxes, Business Software and all little things you don't know to even research when it comes to small businesses. Now I am ready to cancel this Test Business and go forward with my actual business. Here's the thing, my test business is just a sole proprietorship and is supported with a DBA. The test business has a name that I would like to keep trademarked, I just don't want any longer the trademark to be a business name/DBA.

How do I cancel a DBA while still keeping the trademark attached to it? Experienced/Informative comments appreciated please. Thank you.

My ears, ever since I have been a teenager, have cut and scabbed by themselves. They can be perfectly normal and then out of the blue, a cut! As if I had cut myself or something had cut me. They cut and scab all by themselves. I am speaking mostly of the lobe where earrings would hang, more recently it is only this area but in the past it has been the upper part of my ear too. It's only my ear! Also, I can't wear any type of earrings, esp. faux metal because it just gets worse and in an even faster rate.

I have a feeling it's hormonal, but I just want to know more details if anyone knows. It's really weird and can be very frustrating as my ears scar and bruise and I have to wear makeup to cover the scars/bruises.

Does anyone know how to fix notifications on yahoo? My notifications does not show me when I have received a comment/response to my post or even when someone has responded to the same post as I. Does anyone know some troubleshooting that could fix this? I am able to see the comment if I go back to the article but I am unable to receive a notification regarding anything...
