Next year, my wife and I are planning a trip to the USA which will include a visit to Niagara Falls. I would like to know if there are any visa (or similar) requirements regarding crossing to the Canadian side of the falls and returning to the US side. I am aware of the ESTA requirements for first point of entry to the USA.

I am flying to Chicago O'Hare from Manchester, England in August and flying on to Dallas/Ft Worth. The time between flights is only 1 hour and 25 minutes which worries me somewhat bearing in mind I will have to pass through the stringent immigration procedure and then find my way to the on-going flight.
Does anyone have any advice please?

My wife and I are both 62. We both would like to visit Canada (vacation) but are unsure where are the best places to see. We will be on a self drive touring vacation and we can fly in to wherever is the best 'jumping off point'. We both love spectacular scenery, country music and dancing and are reasonably active for our age.
The vacation would last 3 to 4 weeks. I appreciate that Canada is a vast country so we couldn't possibly hope to see everything. Good, sensible advice would be much appreciated. Also, is it as easy to find reasonably priced motel/hotel accommodation without pre-booking as it is in the U.S.?
