My husband and I just found out that we are expecting a baby a month ago. Since then the attitudes and demeanors of his family members have drastically changed. His sister who is 28 was married about a year ago and had been ttc for a year on her own. Because she has PCOS they started her on Clomid to help her along. My husband and I had a "whirlwind" romance. We met in September, moved in together in January, got engaged in February, got married in April and got pregnant in June. I believe that his sister is jealous that we got pregnant before she did. My basis for this is my husband's sister and his step-sister have been competing for years in regards to this. When we got married the first thing they asked was whether we were going to try and have a baby. Also, when I told my sister we were she called my husband and asked if we could afford it! I believe she thinks she's the only one who deserves it. Tired of the bs it's between her and God when she has a baby. What to do?

My co-worker just walked by and told me that and i was saying to myself, WTF!?!? just wondering if anyone knows the facts about this and if it is true. If it is not, why would he think that? Any ideas, was there a urban myth about it?

My ex is 6,000 plus behind in child support. We live in Texas and I have heard that they will take whatever he is behind on out of his tax return. They currently are garnishing his wages so they know of his employment although he was not working at this job all of last year, he had several. Also, if they do this and take it out, will it be all of his tax return and will all that money be given to me in a lump sum or not? How does this work? Any sites I can go look this up at? Any help is greatly appreciated.

My dad needs a liver transplant. He had Hepatitis C and his liver is failing. He will be on chemo soon and supposed to be on it for a whole year. Can i donate part of my liver to him with our blood types being what they are? Also, does the disease have to be killed/remission for me to donate? thanks so much

Last week he went and had some chunks of his liver removed and yesterday they informed him that he had stage 3 almost already stage 4. They have decided against the interferon treatment saying that it's no use. They will just leave it be. He has hepatitis for some 20-25 yrs. What does this mean in terms of prognosis? What is to be expected from this point on? How long can this take?

I have all the symptoms and i am 5 days overdue for my menstrual. refer to my question on my profile for details...I have taken 5 tests, all except one, before and on day my period was due. Still negative today. I've heard sometimes u have to wait until up to two weeks. I would like to get a blood test done, but i dont' have the money (being that it's Christmas) to pay for it outright and also, I do not have insurance as of yet. Is there a facility that will perform a BLOOD TEST, not just a urine as i've heard that the dr's are generally less accurate than HPT's!

Ok, here it goes! Last month, I menstruated on the 13th, started brown discharge on the 12th. This month, nothing, nada. Along with that is the sensitive breasts, where i can see even the capillary veins (never this way before, except when i was pregnant with my daughter), darker areolas. A bit of nausea the other day, but it was at night (i know that doesn't matter). Feel bloated, last 4 or 5 days, fatigued. I usually do not ever take naps and wake up easily in the morning, that's not the case lately. Cried at my sister-in-law's graduation (wierd since that was the first day i had met her). Leukorrhea, very very soft cervix (1-2 weeks ago was considerably harder and not as round). Constipated and heartburn like a mother. I took 2 tests 2 weeks ago and then a few days ago. I'm five days over, what is the likelihood that i am. How much longer will it go and say neg if i really am? Thanks.

I'm in a relationship with the love of my life, things are sooo great. This friday we're going to a party and I know that there will be dancing (btw, he loves to dance and I like it myself). The only thing is that we've never danced and I'm kind of nervous about it. I want to enjoy myself and not feel like a noob. lol. I was thinking maybe I should drink before hand but not sure if that is the proper solution. How can I enjoy myself and feel really comfortable dancing for the first time with my new boyfriend and his family?

When I met my boyfriend it was like nothing I've ever experienced. We connected on so many levels and were so compatible and crazy about each other. We had something come up and we talked and said, "Look, I love u, but i need to fix some bs before we can be happy." (and no it wasn't cheating or anything bad). We broke up, a bit later, when that was fixed we got back together. Now things are more amazing than even before ( Which i didn't think was possible). What was life like for you and did it ever cause any issues to arise? She lives with me and I notice she is more influenced by her white heritage bc her dad and his family are not involved. I just got divorced a year ago, I am in a healthy sustained relationship and soooo in love. My daughter from the previous marriage is 4. I want to give her some siblings and me and my man are agreed that we both really want children soon. We want to get married and start living our new life together (as he's 31 and has waited 10 years, totally single, for "the one") and babies are a real desire for us. He even said that if i accidently get pregnant, he'd be ecstatic, he could care less if everything is perfect. I know most will say wait wait wait, but honestly, i don't have any doubts and for once, know that this is meant to be. Either I have baby fever or it's time to start living, what do u think?

I am a 24 yr old divorcee with a 4 yr old daughter. Since getting divorced my ex has seen her a few times but that was a long time ago. He stopped being a part of her life a long time ago. My boyfriend and I are hopelessly in love. We plan on getting married soon and my daughter absolutely ADORES him, she accidently calls him daddy and has told me that she wants him to be her "pretend dad". Nobody has told her or even brought it up, this is her idea completely. Between all the time together, the things he does for her and the love they have, he is preactically her father now. She loves her dad but talks little of him anymore. I don't want to try and replace her father at all but if she looks at him like another father is it wrong to allow her to call him dad if that's what she wants? P.S. I was raised by my step father and look at him as my real dad, no competition.

My man works with his ex. It's not a question of whether I trust him, I absolutely do. I just wanted to know if anyone thinks my suspicions are accurate.
