How many different GPS satellite networks are there?
The United States has its network, and I think Russia has one too, but I'm not sure. Is that correct? Are there any private ones? How many are there altogether?

Granted, I just started answering questions yesterday, but I have given 30 pretty dang good answers (mostly in the computer section), and only one of them has been marked "resolved". Some of these questions seemed pretty urgent, so I don't know why they wouldn't go ahead and accept a solution. Does this happen for everyone?
