my isp says the usage is costing them big bucks to whom do they make the check out to?
Shaw cable is going to raise for Alberta mega users because Shaw says it is costing them more and more money for the bandwidth. So who do they pay? We pay Shaw. Who does Shaw and the rest of the isps make their cheques out to.
