I purchased a car from a private seller I found on the Letgo app.

After looking over the car and taking the car for a test drive, I decided to buy the car. But before buying the car, I asked the sellers to let me check their i.ds to make sure their names matched the names on the title. Both names matched so I bought the car!

I was excited about buying the car, being that its my first car that I ve ever purchased!

The problems came when I called my local dmv to ask what I needed to register my new car. After making a checklist for what I needed to get done, I started the process to register my car.

Right after having my car inspected, a day or two after buying my car, I went to apply for car insurance. That s when the car insurance agent informed me that the title was never registered by the person who sold me the car.

So I called the dmv and let them know that I have a bill of sale, the unregistered title and all documents for the car. The dmv then told me that I have to have the seller to register the car before I can register the car.

I ve tried numerous times to get in contact with the seller via Facebook, text messages and phone calls with no reply.

TitleGods.com claim to have a clean title in my hands within a months time of purchasing their title recovery services. Do anybody have any experience with Titlegods.com, or have any advice for me on how to get a title in my name? I stay in the state of Missouri if that helps with answering my question. Thanks!
