Im really sorry about the length, but its important and i need your advice.

Ill try and be brief.

Okay there is this guy who i have known since i was a little kid, im now 15.

We were always good friends, i have always liked him, he used to like me.

Last year though he asked out another girl who i am friends with, they arent going out anymore, they are trying to get over each other he says but they still do stuff occasionally, but he is wanting to stop it.

We have grown closer over the years, he comes to me for everything, and i usually go to him, but i cant for everything.

The relationship between him and me is so confusing. When people see us together, they say that we are flirting, and that we have our own little bubble around us. They wonder why we arent going out and stuff. And everytime we hear a remark like this, he sort of avoids me for a while, but then comes back and starts again.

I know he doesnt want to hurt the other girls feelings by making her hear or see this stuff, but it is so hard on me.

The other night, we were hanging out with some friends, he was a little gone, and we were getting really close, and he is distanting himself away from me all over again now. and its so obvious and it really hurts.

I mean i know why, but i know he doesnt like me so why does he have to do it. I mean the girl know that he doesnt like me either.

Recently at a party my friends boyfriend was feeling me up and tried to finger me. he told me not to tell anyone after i turned him down.

alcohol was involved but he wasn't drunk, i don't even think he was tipsy.

i have known him since primary school, and he is also a friend of mine.

this isn't the first time that he has tried to crack onto me, he tried to hook up with me on my friends birthday, while he was going out with her, when we were alone.

also sometime last year (2008) he was texting me, and asking all these really personal and inappropriate questions. but that was put to an end when he accidentally sent one to his girlfriend meant for me, and she found out.

I havent told anyone, and im not too sure whether i should tell my friend who he is going out with or not, because something like this has already happened with another girl and this guy while he was going out with the my friend.

the girl that he fingered was accused of lying by my guy friend and my friend that is going out with him got really angry at her because she almost made them break up and tried to hit her.

im scared that if i do tell my friend what he did that the same kind of thing will blow up again, because they arent your typical teenage boyfriend/girlfriend couple, they are ALOT more serious than that, besides i dont want to become an outcast by my friends for being accused of lying, and putting my friends' realtionship in jepardy.

i also dont want to ruin my friendship with my guy friend either because he really is a nice person even though he is a bit of a cheat sometimes.

please give me advice, and if you have been in a situation like this please tell me what you did.
