Recently while driving on a road with overgrown trees and ditches, I had a bald eagle fly up from the ditch right in front of my car. He dropped his 'catch' as he soared up and away. I avoided hitting the eagle and his catch.

The only other eagle situation was when an eagle flew into a tree on my back deck and nabbed a squirrel and continued his flight. That was very unusual since eagles are rare in the Dallas area.

a friend has a 40K mortgage at 6.45 she must refinance it. She is 70 years old and her income is minimal. What can she do, mortgage companies don't want to work with her. She will be in foreclosure within a year....What can she do?

My home is for sale ($160K) and I will walk away with about $20K. I plan on buying a home for under $15K. If I buy a house now, I will know what items to move and what to sell. Listening to Meet the Press it is evident they have a lot of issues.

1. Jobs, nothing positive has been advanced.

2. Ryan Plan is hated by the voters.

3. Moral and ethical issues of the candidates.

4. The GOP cannot connect with most voters if their platform is ultra right wing.

5. The budget plan they promote cuts everything for the poor, middle class and seniors.

6. All the top notch candidates know better than to run when the TP runs the GOP.

He is such a lover of his own voice, but I don't think he can't get the voters to overlook them. He can't say he loved America too much and then called our leaders Nazis out of this love.

Texas is ranked 44th now. If they vote to pass this new program in July Texas will quickly go down to 50th! Of course they are cutting teachers, to help their slide.

He declined driving the Indy pacecar. The 'Dump the Donald' campaign was gaining traction, it is the 100th running and the pace car should be driven by someone recognized in the 'car world'. I applaud Donald stepping aside.

Will they come up with some issues worthy of national media attention and discussion? I hope they quit with the inane games.

He could sell Alaska to Russia. He could sell Hawaii to China. Maybe England would like the US Virgin Islands. France might like Louisiana, Florida and Puerto Rico.
