Why do I stay up so late when I know I have to be up early?
I do this constantly. I only sometimes oversleep as a result. I just wish I could go to bed at a normal hour, but I always seem to goof around doing something unimportant or other, and putting off what I should be doing, like preparing for the next days chores or cleaning up after my husband has gone to work. I'm making myself nuts.
Anyone ever have this problem? How did you resolve it?
