  • Is this wrong to find this payback so hilarious?

A little background first...a good friend of mine discovered his wife is cheating on him, not unusual. This guy has kept his cool and planning serious payback on her.

He booked a two week vacation trip to Japan for their anniversary in a few weeks, the cheating unsuspecting wife is thrilled so far. His plan is to take her there, get into a hotel...then leave her there without phone, money or passport and while he flies home by himself to move out of the house and files for divorce. IMO, brilliant and funny. She sooooo deserves this payback.

  • Why would an ex-wife from 30 years ago contact me to say she is dying?

I divorced that thing 30 years ago for cheating and have not spoken to it since that time. As far as I am concerned it was just a piece of rotted meat to throw out. Now 30 years later I get an email saying it was dying, so why should I care? I made no reply, it is certainly not worth my effort.

  • Married men question...assuming you have a happy marriage and faithful wife, what preparations have you made for your woman when you die?

Married to a lovely and faithful lady for over 25 years, she has believed and supported me since day one. Several years ago I was diagnosed with a slow growing but quite relentless cancer that will take my life eventually.

Here is what I have have done to provide for my wife...prepaid my funeral, paid off our house, she is co-owner of all checking and savings accounts, my pension and 401k lists her as sole beneficiary and a modest company life insurance policy.

Anyone have other ideas or anything I may have forgotten?

  • Can I be legally liable for my ex-wife's suicide?

After divorcing my cheating ex-wife a year ago, I pretty much forgot about her and started a relationship with a much prettier and younger lady. Then a week ago I get a text from the ex saying she was going to commit suicide, she really messed up being unfaithful, blah, blah, blah.

I replied that I did not care in the least what she did, including offing herself, if that is what she wanted to do. Not my monkey and not my circus.

Question is; am I legally liable if the ex does commit suicide if I know in advance that she was going to do it? Don't care if she does actually, I just don't want any legal drama intruding on my happy life.
