Im almost 22 and am graduating college in May with a degree in Environmental studies. I absolutely love school and I love my major, but I have no idea what to do when school ends. Im willing to move anywheres in the US to get a good job. I want to be something with maybe law enforcement/policy making/park ranger. But I have no idea where to start. I read all the time about these positions and you need like 8 years experience. A lot of these experiences known as internships are unemployed and I cant live off that unfortunately. My parents have no help at all in my life. Everything I have I have worked for. I also need to buy a car but I dont know how. Can anyone help me and give me suggestions? I dont have a parental to guide me...

I am looking for some environmental career ideas. I feel like there are a lot of things I would be interested in doing, but I need help finding organizations to contact.

I love the outdoors, working in all elements and traveling. I was thinking about Conservation Officer, but I dont know yet. Any suggestions? Or ideas?

I do not have my drivers license or a car. I am going to be 21 in a month. I don't have a driving school near me and the one that is an hour away is just too expensive.

I have asked many times for people to help me, teach me, but they never do. I dont have a car either. I cant afford it. I had to take all my money out of my savings (which wasnt a lot) for food for a month off of break. My family has nothing to do with me and cannot support me financially in any way. My mom is unemployed and my dad is in jail. So I really feel hopelesss. I try so hard. I have never done a bad thing in my life. My teachers love me, but the employers dont give me the light of day.

I want to ask my best friend, but I dont know. I feel so bad. What should I do? Help? I want to do things on my own but I cant get there.

As Wildfires rip through the state of Texas, representatives from the state held a press conference to ask President Obama to approve the aid of FEMA. About 2.2 million acres have already been burned which is the size of Delaware and Rhode Island combined. State and local resources are exhausted and are now asking Obama to allow the supply of FEMA to aid Texas. However, officials in Texas believe that this is a battle over politics, not the wildfires. Texans say that Obama is punishing the State of Texas for not supporting Obama in the presidential elections.

Texas state representative Pete Olsen of district 22, says Obama needs to do what is right for Texas, he needs to improve the disaster declaration. When New Orleans needed help with the flooding of hurricanes, Texas were there and able to help within three hours, now Olsen wants neighbors to do the same for the people of Texas. Texas Wildfire Service is fighting over six-thousand acres of flames and needs more resources and help to end the catastrophe.

Resources are being tapped out and four-hundred homes have been already destroyed. Kay Granger of Texas district 12 informs us that over $500 million in aid has been sent to Pakistan to help with the relief of flooding. We need to bring our focus back home on the states and send help to Texas. Texas is already responding county and county but can’t fight the fires alone.

Texas has already used over $70 million to help fight the fires. With limited natural resources and no help from FEMA American lives in Texas are at risk. Louie Gohmert, district one states the Texas gives more than they give back. Texas is still dealing with the effects of hurricanes, and Obama didn’t aid them then either. According to Gohmert having FEMA being pushed aside is a payback scheme as a majority of Texas didn’t vote for Obama and that the United States needs to be united again.

Obama flew over the disaster zone and didn’t even look out the window as twenty-seven counties below him burn throughout the district. More fires are started each day and Obama is ignoring the problem.

According to Bill Flores of district 17, there are two kinds of states, those who support Obama and those who don’t. Right now it is Obama vs Texas. Texas has created jobs, and help stimulate economic growth. Obama needs to come to the devastated area and allow FEMA to provide aid to the victims.

Time is running out for the victims, volunteers are exhausted. People are at risk and the divide between the people and the president continues to grow.

I have looked this up and still cant figure it out. It has been occuring for about 2 weeks now Id say. I am all up to date. I went through and reinstalled it. I turned my ipod on and off. I clicked something to get a negative sign up (idk what its called) Any ideas?

It is a new Ipod Touch 4th everything else works fine.

Im 20 and a lot of kids I graduated with are married, or having kids and then getting engaged. I feel like it is way too young like they dont know what they are doing with their life yet, or they dont know their sig. other yet. What are your thoughts? Im curious.

Im procrastinating on doing my homework -_- how about you?

I like this major. I like the aspect of talking about society and its problems and relating it to our environment. Thats the best part. I find it really fascinating. But I cant find any jobs that possibly relate to this? Any ideas?

We have been dating for almost 5 months and he really is a total sweetheart. He is always there for me, treats me like a princess. We are juniors in college. I love him like crazy we have never had a fight, maybe a few disagreements, but nothing serious. We give eachother our space, we both like "me" time.

However I still feel like I love my ex at times, sometimes I hate him and am completely over him. He never treated me right, said we were never together, mentally abused me. I feel like I loved the pain though, wanting something you could never have. I was so attracted to him, he was a bit bigger than me in a muscular way. And other times I dream about other guys, that I have never even talked too. When I was trying to get with this guy, I wanted a reationship so bad. But now I have one and I feel like I perfer the chase. What is wrong with me?

I wanted to become a game warden or conservation officer but I know a lot of people go after that. So the chances of me getting in aren't very good. Is the national park service hard to get into?

I called in sick today, my allergiese have been bad, resulting in a stuffy nose, so sleepless nights and a headache and a very scratchy sore throat. But i feel so guilty because its a summer job and I missed 4 days this summer. Should I feel so guilty? I was sick for those other days and one of them I had a doctors appointment. Do you think my boss will say something? I mean Im a college student and only have 2 weeks left.

Im 20 years old. When I was 9 my dad started drinking a lot and it spiraled from there. My mom and dad had 2 other kids and then suddendly got divorced when I was 17 or was it 16?...Anyway. It hit me really hard I remember them arguing and stuff. It hurts a lot. Today I have realizedd that I cant be yelled at or I fall apart.

My dad remarried to this really really bad person, a criminal, and lots of other bad stuff that I wont mention. And had a kid with her and really freaked me out because I dont believe in step families. My mom is now unemployed with disability and can hardly afford to take care of us. She lives off of child support right now and its super hard and I dont know how to handle it. My dad has nothing to do with us and I havent seen him in 4 years.

I am in college and Im a good kid, never done anything bad in my life. But I am always arguing with my family to get my license. They never take me or let me drive. I bike 4 miles to work everyday and its exhausting. I can do it but its just tiring. And when I tell them about it they say it could be worse. We are already at the bottom of the poverty level. All I want is my license but I have no one to teach me. I am struggling to escape. My mom wont drive me anywhere, but wont let me get my license either, she never has an answer as to why she wont let me.

My family cant support me and it really stresses me out. They are pushing me away. Its just so depressing. Should I be this mad? How can i handle it? I dont know how on earth I can get my license, I think paying $450 for a driving class is out of the question. Help

I converted the video to an aiff. file. As that is a video format that windows movie maker supports. The audio playys but it is a black screen. When I right clickd on the video and went to properties it said that the file type was audio. I think thats my problem but how do I change that on windows movie maker to video?

I looked this up and it said to convert the video yet it still didnt work. It still plays fine on Windows media player. How do I fix this so I can edit the videos?

So first I needed a codec so I bought it and now my videos will load to Windows Movie Maker 6.

But now it has a black screen and only audio so I looked that up and said I needed a converter. I have looked up some converters but am so lost as to which is the best one. Suggestions?

Also, do I have to convert my videos from my camera every single time before I edit it on Movie Maker?
