Hello. So today, my father got a text from a lady at the gym and my mother saw it and now they are fighting. They are yelling, and after being tired of it I stupidly got involved, saying how my mom shouldn't get worked up over this [she was only mentioning the rainy weather] and now my mother is, quote, ''devastated'' at me. Now they won't stop screaming and I just want to block it out, any suggestions to make me feel better?
