I have been asking this same question for like 5 times..nobody gives me the real answer..i know it converts signal from time domain to frequency domain?? what does that mean?

does DFT used in equalizer of VLC?

like when i control the bass.. is it the DFT working there?

also what does Z transform and laplace transform does?

like im playing some game ...power goes off.usually my pc turns off too..when i restart all my unsaved progress are gone.not only the games but other softwares too are affecting it..is there any software which can help me to save (like hibernate) every 1minute so that when pc shuts off i can recover ?
