I really don't want to take the gre test. I'm afraid I won't do will. And NYU website says that it is not required to apply but test scores may be requested if they need further information. What is the likelihood of them asking for them. I'm also afraid of them asking and either not having good scores and/or have not taken the test. I don't know what do to. I m wondering if the acceptance rate is the same for nyu graduate programs or traditional and online. if my looking at a fully online graduate program in HR. Also do they look at a cumulative gpa for admission or only undergraduate for the last 60 units or something.

I went to a community college and my overall gpa was a 2.55. I transferred to another 4 year college after graduation and my gpa was a 3.78 there but overall cumulative it s a 3.08. I m thinking I won t have a chance in applying to the graduate program. Also it says that they don t require for the gre to be submitted with the application but should I take it anyway just in case if they ask for it?

I had a dream about my girlfriend and I at someone's house, she was drinking and I got mad about how much she was drinking and that she was drinking and she was pissed and left and drove home. I'm dating my current girlfriend, and I have a major problem with drinking and find that it is really hard to be around for several reasons. I found that she drinks about 2- 3 times a week and drinks every time she is with her family, which is often at least once a week, up to 3 times a week. I have expressed to her that I would like her to cut down to once a week, because it is something that bothers me. She believes that there is no problem with it, and I want to respect her and I love her and really care about her. But I do not know how to get over this. I go to all her family functions and feel uncomfortable and the drinking. I don't know what else to do. I don't know if it is something that I can except due to the reasons I have. When I talk to her about it it is a constant battle and she says that if she wants to drink she will. It makes me fell like she doesn't understand or appreciate my feelings about it. I know I'm asking for a lifestyle change. I'm I asking to much? or is this something that should be compromised on. I do my best to compromise with her on everything, and she says I'm trying to change who she is. I didn't think this was changing someone. Can anyone give advice?
