I have temporary custody of now my 9 year old daughter for the past 2 going on 3 years. Her mother who once had full custody is now seeking to get custody back

The circumstances:

I give her custody and took visitation, she violated visitation.

We went back to court. I give her custody a second time modify visitation.

The court appointed a attorney for my daughter

She moved out of the state of New York without notifying myself, the court appointed attorney or the court of the move.

The court awarded me temporary custody because of the move.

She returns back to NY now seeking custody.

I am a single father with issues dealing with my child’s mother who is very vindictive.

I live in New York and my child’s mother just up and move to Philly without notifying me are the courts I was awarded temporary custody of our child. Now my question,

What would be some of the effected 1? My child would suffer from not being around me should her mother regain custody 2? What would be some of the effected I should be looking out for myself?
