always confused

I haven't been to the gym for about two months and I went a few days ago. Please note do not do any warm ups like stretching, usually I would just do some cardio as my warm up. Any way, I did the rowing machine for about 1km (I would do more, but since I hadn't been in gym for a while I was taking it easy) and then I went to the squatting machine (looks something like this http://www.lifefitness.com/static/cms_workspace/pr... . Of course, having not been to the gym for a while, I forgot what I usually squatted and looks like I ended up doing too much. It didn't feel like it was hurting me, but the angle of the machine was really steep (i forgot to change that too) and so, thinking that was my normal weight that I do, I did 2 sets of 10. My legs were a little bit shaky after this. I then went to the cycle and was doing for about 10 minutes on level 15 (there are about 20 levels).

So afterwards I really couldn't walk properly and I thought it was just some little post-workout shakyness. But the next day, my thighs and right gluticus maximus cheek hurt like hell when I would walk or try to sit. It was very painful to get up stairs and even more going down the stairs (anything involving putting stress on thighs). The next day it was still the same, pain still there when i would try to sit, climb stairs etc. What should I do? Is this a issue where I should see a doctor or should I just wait it out and rest?

Basically, when i go onto internet explorer, and i go to the top bar which contains sites i usually go onto...then it also has folders as well....so i was wondering if someone knows what do i do to only include just websites and not my personal folders.

Ok so first tell me if i am wrong about these stages of the sharingan

First stage: awakening....only 1 tomoe

Second Stage: 2 tomoe

Third Stage: 3 Tomoe

Fourth stage: Mangekyo Sharingan

Fifth Stage : Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan or amaterasu?

I dont know if these stages are right so please help. But the main question i wanna ask is that i though that the eternal mangekyo sharingan which sasuke has now (becasue he took itachis eyes) would not make you go blind. But if you read the mana after the fight Hawk had with the eight tailed jinchuriki (Killer Bee), then you see them at the akatsuki lair or something. And then sasuke goes to drink some water and then he cant grab the glass properly and instead accidently pushes it off the table and it breaks. So,i mean, why is he going blind....i thought the eternal mangekyo sharingan would prevent this from happening. Also is the fact that madara has survived all this time because of the eternal mangekyo sharingan or is it because of his own unique chakra. And one more question....why did sasuke believe madara when he said that he played no part in the nine tails destroying konoha when sasuke even went into narutos mind and met the nine tails in which the beast said: "...this chakra reminds me of madara uchiha...". So yeah if someone could please answer these questions...thanks...

I mean how is it that they have been with the jedi for a good amount of time and then out of no where they suddenly follow this old guy wearing a black cloak.....i mean i just dont get it. can someone first tell me how darth sidious turned them against the jedi and then how is it that they actually obeyed his command. And what is this pre-programmed directive to turn against their jedi generals.....i mean wtf? when u made the clones to work for u why the crap did u put in this random program. Additionally how is it programmed into them .... i mean is it some sort of phycological trigger or something?

x^3 + 15x^2 + 75x +125 ...i tried giving it several functions and basically stopped at about -5 because it was just going to get bigger. And i also could not group any common terms but i know the answer is (x+5)^3.........so ...yeah...ive been trying to google this question but it keeps coming up with "the sum or difference of cubes" which i already know about so i was just wondering how you would do this question?

Um...why is that Kevin and Gwen act as if they have been through some kind of a relationship. I mean in Ben 10 i didn't really see any interaction between the two and now Kevin just like...i don't know how to put it but maybe an example might help : In Ben 10 returns Part 1, Kevin is driving the car with Gwen, Ben and that other plumber alien dude (who soon dies later). Then Gwen accidentally makes a joke about Grandpa being dead and then Ben just flips out and yells at her...then all of a sudden Kevin just brakes like crazy, turns around and says to Ben in a serious voice "don't talk to her like that"...sooooo wtf? I mean do kevin and gwen somehow know each other cause im confused and to be honest I liked it better when Kevin was the enemy and when ben could beat him to a pulp. And even so im sure we all remember the episode in ben 10 where they show the future of ben being an adult and giving his son an omnitrix (yadayadayada). Anyway at the end we see that kevin still has not changed and even hurts his own son devlin (showing that hes basically going to be evil for the rest of his life) ...Still I would have appreaciated some sort of hint in ben 10 that kevin was going to act this way....i don't know....maybe its just me....

Hayden Roulston did compete in two other races that same day and i think they were well within one hour of his race against Bradley Wiggins. Also Hayden Roulston also has a heart condition. Bradley Wiggins however did not compete in any races other than the one against Hayden Roulston that day....so yeah do you think Bradley Wiggins really deserves his gold.

Are they working on something completely different or related to avatar e.g. "The Chronicles of Roku" (maybe)

Take for example in the episode 'The spirit world :winter solstice part 1' where iroh could see spirit aang flying on roku's dragon.

Because I was convinced zutara was going to happen when i saw the finale trailer as katara stepped back from kissing aang and then another scene where she throws herself on zuko and hugs him. But now after seeing mai fighting firenation gondala guards to let zuko and the gang go through, I am having second doubts. Can anyone add to this or express their opinion on this subject?

If so then what do you think aang will do when he first see's them

Are there any levels in Halo where the Master Chief is not supported by his fellow comabatants? Because usually I see levels like that which could explain why people like the game so much: you know they feel secure with that. And if this is so then one can assume that people who play killzone are generally better at first person shooter than people who play halo because in killzone almost every second you are alone against the hellgast.

Well if you think about it they always have the same storyline with the gang travelling and then getting ambushed by team rocket. TR then takes one of ash's pokemon away and either the pokemon evolves or it breaks free of the trap because of some fault in TR machine and eventually the say the same retarded thing "were blasting off again". If that isn't the case then ash is probably trying to win a badge.
