Just looking for some ideas, i'm for some reason just not sold on the whole ebay thing. And computers are not really one of my strong points.I'm mainly interested in finding out their values. I have a old machinist tool box that was my fathers that he used back in the 60's-70's. And some of them appear to be older, possible antique or collectors items. There are outside and inside micrometers, Dial indicators, machinist blocks, hand clamps, gauges, drill bits, a push drill and other things I can't identify. Brands like, Brown & Sharp, Starrett, Interapid, Sears, Roebuck & Co., Federal Testmaster and so on. I keep finding sites that claim they have the values, but then they either don't or they don't have the model. I live in the sticks and there really are not any appraisers anywhere close or even reasonably close. Thank you for any help or ideas

After 20 + yrs. we have both been re-married and divorced. And all of the sudden I started thinking about her a lot. And I have a good idea she is doing the same about me. How I know is we have a son in his 20's and she has been asking him about me a lot. How common is it for a divorced couple of that many years to get back together? Could it be we were just not meant for anyone else but each other? And if we were to be out together, how do we introduce each other to our friends. Which some are old mutual friends, and of course new ones as well.

I live ia a relatively small town, and we have recently been experiencing some problems around. Vandalism, noise, slashed tires, and so on. I live on a dead end street that borders a small wooded area that has become a hot spot for teens and young adults. Some in their 20's. They have even built a makeshift shelter. There is no street light, and the partying has been getting out of hand. There are 8-10 houses on this street, we have gone to the town, and the police (1 town cop), State police are also in our town, to complain and request a street light to help deter the problems. Anyway enough about what is going on, I'm sure you get the picture. The problem is the news paper printed a front page story about it and printed only my name (1st & last) and also described things that only my house has. No other neighbors names, or property info other then the street name. Question- can they use my name without my permission? Now that they have more then likely made me a target for retaliation.

Also, it dosen't seem to matter if the computer is sitting idle, or in use. It always sounds like it is in high gear. And last, after not staying in stand by, when I try to shut it down. It gives warning that, "Someone else is logged in and they may loose all information they are working on"! Any ideas?
