Low Boy

sometimes when i am sleeping i will start to wake up, however i get caught between actually awake and actually asleep. I know what is going on around me, TV Radio etc. But, yet I am clearly asleep. I try to wake up but can't its like my body is paralyzed. I'll start screaming and thrashing around in my sleep trying to wake myself up. It takes like a long time to do so. It's like I'm caught between realms. Any info or GOOD comments will be helpful

If I work 40 regular hours and 20 hours of overtime at time and a half and have to leave work sick missing 2 hours can they legally cut my overtime pay out and only pay me 20 straight time instead of time and half

do you find the longer you stay in service the more of a hermit you become, just staying at home on your days off with family instead of going places. I know I do.
