I have had an aquarium with goldfish now for 4 months... I take very good care of them. but for the past 4 days, when I do a Ph test, the color in the vial turns a light yellow.. Can someone please tell me why it is this color. Like I said, the Ph has always been very good

I have 3 goldfish and I noticed 2 of the has cotton mouth. I had some furanase tablets and did as the instructions said and put two tablets in the tank last night. I woke up this morning and it seems t be working, it is not 100% gone but it is almost gone. I know the instructions say to treat for 3 days.that is what I have a question about, Do i treat for the 3 days THEN change the water, or do I have to change the water now and then put more tablets in? ( I just dont want to give them more meds then needs to be in there)

I think I may have hurt my pleco fin the other day while cleaning out the tank. He does not move one of his fins. But he has been very very active. I am wondering how hardy are they? Like I said, he is very active and he still eats. But now he likes to stay close to the top and just a few moments ago, one of my goldfish was nipping at him..... is this normal? will he be ok....

P.s he is still the same color, nothing has changed
