Having pain that started this morning on the right side of my back and now it's right side of my stomach too. I threw up three times today and haven't been eating anything but crackers and jello.

I was hit on the rear of my car and. The other person's insurance company will cover 100% of the cost of the repairs and a car rental for me. I was going to sell my car before this accident, so will it be worth less even if they repair it? And if it will be worth less, can I get the money from her car insurance to make up the difference?

My gym recently turned into a 24 hour joint and has cut down on its staff considerably. Now no one cleans the restroom area, the locker rooms or the showers. The shower area smells really terrible. the hot water hasn't been running for a few days and they don't put up notices or anything to let you know. The pool was just inspected and didn't pass because it was so nasty. Many people complain but no one seems to do anything about it. Can I get out of my contract without having to pay for early cancellation? What do I do?

I put some glow in the dark stuff on my walls. Would like to get it off with goof off but was wondering if it would take off the wall paint.

Water didn't help. It's that fabric glow paint stuff.
