Sleep at 12 Am every night.

Wake up at 7 am.

Drink 2 cups of milk

Play basket ball from 8 to 9.

Play tennis from 9 - 10:30

Drink 2 cups of milk before sleeping and repeat.

I didn't post any eating habits or what should I eat because I really don't know what to eat or whatever. Please Help. I am trying my best to grow to 5"8 or so hopefully by the end of this summer. Thank You.

i need help understand this special summoning condition. Lets see if i have a Gigantes in my Graveyard and one earth monster. Can i RFP to summon him since he says it can only be special summoned by removing one earth. Does this Applies to ALL other monsters with similar summoning conditions ?
