  • Mail chat appearance?

    In previous versions of yahoo mail, there used to be options to change appearance of chat inside yahoo mail, such as linear or bubbles. Is this customizable appearance discontinued now?

  • Unable to see the text of saved conversations inside yahoo mail, even if chats were done there?

    I have done chats inside both yahoo msgr software and the yahoo mail chat feature. When I try to access old conversations, I used to be able to see the exchanges inside Yahoo Mail from accessing the conversations folder, but I am no longer able to see them at all, even for chats done inside Mail (i.e. through a browser). The conversation history inside Yahoo msgr however pulls everything out and clearly shows the chat exchanges. For information, I commonly use Safari 5+ or Firefox 12+ for accessing Yahoo Mail.

    Is this a browser issue or Yahoo issue?
