Friend of mine saw this - sent in the $14.99 application fee - now they want $39.99 interview fee.

I went to the website and noticed there is no contact info posted on their homepage - which should have told her something then.

Just wondering if anyone else has had similar experience or could tell me anything about the company/person that I can't already guess...

Apparently the mayor disagreed with the chief of police who had approved a contingent of Marines to use an area of the city for urban warfare training, as they had done in the past. The mayor couldn't bother to contact the Marines to tell them they weren't welcome until after the advance unit arrived in town, meanwhile, 4 bus loads of servicemen and women were enroute to the city from Michigan. This cost the unit lost effort and time, not to mention the waste of tax dollars to all of us.

I think a mayor that displays this sort of anti-American sentiment doesn't need my money or anyone else's for that matter, spent in his city. I think I'll go somewhere else for vaction this year and I hope everyone else does to.
