I'd like to get Borderlands 2 for my friend on his birthday, but as I don't play videogames I need some help.

On Amazon you can buy the game for $59.99 direct download (it says PC Download (Windows Vista / 7 / XP))

However, you can buy the DVD version (that has a Steam key I'm assuming) that is $41.99, but the platform is just PC (Windows XP).

My friend's gaming laptop runs Win 7, so if I get him the DVD version, would he be able to run it?

So I got a new computer, but it doesn't have any games on it. I want to download Minesweeper and Solitaire on to my computer, but I don't know which websites have the free full versions. This is my first time, but my mom has raised chickens before. I want 5-6 for a backyard flock, and it gets pretty cold here in Illinois (near Chicago), so I need a winter hardy breed. I want brown egg layers and I want them to lay eggs 5+ a week (aka a lot). I was thinking of getting Marans, Australorps, Rhode Island Reds, Stars (sex-link), and Wyandottes (for decor). What is your opinion? Please no rude comments like "chicken nuggets." Thanks.

It literally means "tall white (plant?)" My mom says it it grown in paddies like rice. The part my mom cooks with is like a bamboo shoot. You can dry the leaves and stuff your pillow with it as it gives off a pleasant aroma.

I tried to put plastic garbage bags over them, but it didn't work.

So I have a lot of veggies in the garden patch, and I saw a mouse. My mom said I had to trap it. Which trap should I use, or should I leave it alone? Also, which types of wildlife will the baits attract? I have 5 chipmunks, a rabbit, and a raccoon(all feral). All I want to trap is the mouse. Please answer!

I have two cucumber plants.They were doing well, until something started to eat the leaves. I inspected them and there was dark brown, round bugs on the leaves and stems. It looked liked they were eating the plant. They were 1/2-1/4 cm long. I don't think they were scaley bugs, because those aren't that fat/round. As the bugs moved, light green stuff came out of their rear ends in two clumps(the spines/fuzz of my plant?). What are they and how do I get rid of them? The most I've seen on one plant is 3, on different spots.
