I am looking to finally move onto the next level in the fishing gear. I have always been a very casual fisherman and I would really just buy some random 20 dollar wal-mart set up in previous years. I am looking to try to move to the next level a bit this year and spend a tad bit more as I try to take my fishing hobby a bit next level. I was wondering if anyone could suggest a rod/reel combo, I am told spinning is definitely my best option, for a guy looking to spend anywhere in the 50-125 range on a rod to try to help my cause. Any advice in advance is greatly appreciated as I'd like to really step up my game this year and get out a whole lot more. I am also told perhaps 6'6" is the best size of rod for a 6 foot male. I made some mistakes when I was younger and I have 3 misdemenear marijuana charges as well as a felony eluding charge. I was 19 when they all happened. I was a troubled kid and made mistakes I get that. I was just curious if there is any branch I could potentially get into. It would be an absolute honor to pay back my country for all the crap I caused them when I was younger. I owe America one.

I was in an accident a few weeks ago caused by myself when I by mistake went through a stop sign and a car smashed into me. I know it was a big mistake and I should of seen the stop sign but my unfamiliarity with the area caused me to make big error. I know it is my fault and it's not so great of me but accidents do happen and everyone makes mistakes. I was given a careless driving ticket and according my brothers's wife's father(ex-cop), I was given the wrong ticket. It should worst case scenario be a failure to yield ticket. Now I am starting to wonder, as I do see they are the same points for both citations. Is there a big need for me to go to court and try to sort this out? Is there another charge I should go for that will involved less points and a bigger fine? I just don't want to miss work if in the end I will just end up with the same points and the same fine.

I've been told that 6/12 is the day the phone gets ICS 4.0.X for the verizon droid razr maxx....yet I have no update thus far? anyone confirm if they have gotten it or has it been delayed like I expect. Motorola is the worst at getting new droid OS's out swiftly...

I've been a huge counter-strike lover all my life...as soon as I got to play 1.3 it was over for me. The problem now is I've bene waiting for the new counter-strike to get invested again and it was supposed to come out in january but...now with a fulltime job and limited gaming time I am unable to catch all these little contests to get beta keys that involve being the first number of people. I am dying to play this game that keeps getting pushed back and is slowly going to just completely lose my interest. I think the beta could give me the taste i've been needing and a great thing to do when I have free time that doesn't drain my wallet! Any help in advance is appreciated. I'd just love to know the best way to get a key or if someone is nice enough to just give me one

I am currently losing weight at a real rapid rate and I am being told that I will need to most likely need to tighten my skin. I am 6'1" and in 6 weeks i've lost 40ish pounds. I started at 305 and now I am 264 as of today. Approximately how much would it actually cost to get my skin tightened?

would I still have to pay for the data on my old phone? so instead i'd have to pay for 2 phone's data? and no she doesn't have a smartphone nor does she want one. Or would i be able to cancel the one's data and just pay for the data on the new phone i buy not the old one...

to get a smartphone(she doesn't have nor want one) to get myself a smartphone without having both of us have to pay the 30/mo for data....also currently I am grandfathered in on unlimited data...can I keep that?

I had to reset my bios now my wireless adapter won't find networks so I am thinking I need to updated drivers for my lite-on tech corp wireless lan adapater...if it helps it is in an HP pavillion m9500t I had gotten in 2009 and it is running windows vista
