I've know a girl for like 4 years. She's very shy when it comes to relationships. I think the reason is because she's too religious. Anyway, there were times in the past when I would ignore her messages, ignore her in class, and she would try to make herself "visible" to me. She would stay behind so that we're the only two left in class, she would sit next to me, leave her stuff on my desk accidentally. Then when I talk to her or give her any sort of attention she would start ignoring me until I start ignoring her again. So is she playing hard to get !?

So, over the past 4 years I've known this girl, let's call her Sarah. We had a fight like a year and a half ago, we stopped talking completely although we did see each other everyday in college. Sarah and I became friends like 4 years ago but our families go way back. My parents and hers have been friend for nearly 35 years. So you know we're always hanging out together whenever our families meet and since we didn't talk there was always this awkward moment when we passed each other and didn't make contact. 2 weeks ago, I texted her and ask if we could be friends again, I took full responsibility for the problems that led to the fight although I did point out that she too was at fault. She agreed to be my friend again, but things have been as cold as ice between us. How can I break this ice ? We barely say "hi" to each other with the occasional kiss on the cheeks but that's it. And when text each other it's always about college and our studies. Any idea on how to break that awkwardness that still exists between us ?
