I'll be visiting Seattle and Vancouver in late May. I'll be staying in downtown seattle and vancouver during my trip with a trip to Willows Lodge at the end. Should I rent a car and drive to vancouver or take bus or train?

I recently changed my O2 sensor in my car and noticed a thin crack in the manifold. My car doesn't make any noise and gets great gas mileage. Should I get the manifold replaced? It doesn't seem to have any effect on my cars performance and I intend on replacing the car within the next year/year and a half.
