Is it ok to split the evening portion food up into two meals for my dog?
Is it ok to split the evening portion of my 1 year old dog's meal into to two portions; first one at around 4pm when we get home and the other around 7pm? Or should I just make it two period and not portion it out at all?

3 AnswersDogs7 years agoAdvice on making an offer?
My husband and I are trying to get a game plan down to make an offer on a home. The house is listed for 89,900, is 1700 square ft built in 1977. Median home sales in the neighboorhood are between 110,000 to 75,000.
This issue is, the home needs extinsive cosmetic work. Alot of the floors are bare conctrete, doors are broken, drywall and paint is also a must. Bathroom cabinets are broken or missing. It's been on the market for about 3 months now.
Is offering 75,000 plus seller pays closing to low ball of an offer? Any advice on were to jump off is greatly appreciated!
Hopefully homeowners Soon!

2 AnswersPersonal Finance1 decade agoDriver is other than the insured?
My car was hit by a drunk driver about a month ago. The insured was not driving, but in the passenger seat; her boyfriend was driving. Damage was fortunantly only cosmetic and no one was hurt.
Her insurance company is giving me the run around. I know that they have recieved the police report and estimates and I also know that the vehicle was covered at the date of accident. I received a letter from them saying they are "investigating a coverage issue". Last week it was waiting on statments.
Are they gonna get away with not paying for my damages because the insured wasn't driving? I thought liabilty in Texas was meant to cover issues as this?
My car is older, but in fantastic shape (minus the bang in the rear bumper they caused) and any money due to me isn't going to cover hiring a lawyer. HELP!!!!!!!
