I was hoping to update my iPhone 6 via iTunes from iOS 8.1.2 (jailbroken) to iOS 8.3 without doing a restore.I wanted to know if this is safe or will it mess up my phone in any way ?

Hello my dad was arrested back in late 2012 for petty theft he tried stealing a cart full of food any ways he was arrested and he got out 2 days later but the judge sentenced him to 16 months but told him he had to do 8 months my dad is in the twin tower jail in Los Angeles he told us is doing AB 109 and I needed to about how long he is going to do thanks and god bless

Hi my name is Gerald I just recently sold a phone on craigslist and the guy that purchased from me when we met each other. to do the buy he called a Verizon store right in front of me to make sure the esn was clean and the Verizon worker said that the phone could be activated so the next day the guy texts me and said that he could not activate the phone cause it had a bill that had not been paid so he starts treating me saying that he is going to file a report to the police for stolen merchandise but it's not stolen it just has a bill he knows my address and everything can I get I trouble for this problem please answer ASAP thanks
