Rich Bottles Jr.
Author of "Lumberjacked" - A Supernatural Tale of Murder and Mayhem in the Mountain State. After an unillustrious print journalism career in southwestern Pennsylvania, I moved to West Virginia at the age of 32 to pursue a career in technical writing. I spend my free time visiting and hiking at the many state parks in the Mountain State, which is also where I develop the concepts for my novels. I plan on producing a trilogy of WV-themed "humorrorotica" and am currently working on a story set in the vicinity of Seneca Rocks. My only regret in life is that my out-of-state secondary school education prohibited me from earning West Virginia's prestigious Golden Horseshoe Award. 1 AnswerNotices and Errors8 years agoI updated my Safari browser days ago, but Yahoo Mail STILL prompts me to update my browser every time I login?
I updated my Safari browser days ago, but Yahoo Mail STILL prompts me to update my browser every time I access my mail! Of course, I purposely did NOT use the update link that Yahoo provided, preferring instead to go directly to Apple for the update (thus I'm assured that no additional add-ons are included in the update). Consequently, I have the latest Safari browser version, but I still keep getting that annoying pop-up page from Yahoo Mail. Why won't Yahoo Mail recognize that I have the latest Safari browser and cease its incessant prompting?
3 AnswersOther - Yahoo Mail8 years agoWhich Sims 3 add-on has the least bugs?
My daughter enjoys the Sims 3 game on our PC, even though it was a headache getting it to work initially. Now she wants some of the add-on games, but I don't want to experience a lot of frustration if the new software doesn't want to work correctly. It seems like we're always having to update something in order to keep the original game working and I'm getting tired of it. But if one of these add-ons for Sims 3 seems flawless, I'd be willing to try it. I've checked out some reviews on Amazon, but still can't get a good feel if one is technically superior to the others (i.e., Late Night, Ambitions, World Adventures, High End Loft, Fast Lane).
