So I am recovering from an eating disorder and even before that, EVERYTIME I eat I cannot breathe all the way. I almost panic because I can't breathe all the way. What is going on?

So I am trying to lose weight (my mom won't let me have green tea) but he is insiting on me having chamoile tea. It is 10 pm and I go to sleep in an hour. It depends. Will it make me gain weight during the night (you know what I mean) or does it help lose weight?

So, I was fasting today and I was doing super well and around 7:30 pm, my mom forced me to eat. I had beans, rice, salad, and pita bread. Thats a FULL MEAL WTF. I feel like **** and I feel like a failure. So, an hour later, I took laxatives. Is that ok? I've done it before, so it should be gone by morning right? ALSO, I tried purging but I just can't and I want to cry. WHY DID I EAT???

Hi, I was just wondering, how do I not allow my FB friends or contacts find me on Instagram?

I do not mean cutting, but for example, I have a cold sore inside my mouth. I'll move my mouth a certain way to where it makes the cold sore hurt/burn so bad! But I do it 24/7 anyways. Or I'll have a burn on my arm and I'll keep messing with it even though it hurts. It's like I keep putting myself in pain and I don't know why. Does it have to do with my anixety? Other than that, I truly do not know.

So I am 16 and really unhappy with my body. I've been struggling for 2 1/2 years!! I've done everything and I can't get down to my goal weight. (I am not obese or anything, I just want to get skinnier)

I was wondering, if I take laxatives for like a month, would I lose weight?

And I know I can gain all that weight quickly but it would only be for a short amount of time for a special event. And while taking them I would still eat very little but healthy stuff and exercise daily. (When I go to the gym for an hour and a half, I usually burn up to 600 calories and I eat at least 500-800 calories a day)

Also, does 1 hour on the treadmill, the stairs, and lifts, help you lose weight? I am doig cardio and I ate an hour ago and I am going to go to the gym in 20 minutes and was wondering if I need to eat after? Do I need to at least need to drink a protein shake or something?

So I recently adopted a dog who was healthy and everything except he has worms. (Ottis) I have another dog (Pecosa). When we found out Ottis had worms, we immediatly seperated them.Ottis is getting reatment and we are not sure about Pecosa. So everytime I pet them, I wash my hands right after. Today I went to my room and huged and kissed Pecosa in the middle of her face where here nose and eyes are. Can I get worms from kssing her? I also hugged her, can I get worms like that too?

We are not sure if she does have them but she might because a couple days ago before we knew Ottis has worms, he drank out of her water and she drank the same water. (not a lot, very little bit)

And Pecosa sneezed on me which I ran to the bathroom and washed my hands. Bascially, CAN I GET WORMS?

So when I think about something (something specific) out of absolutely nowhere, my heart would beat so fast and then my body gets warm? and my heart races for about 30 seconds.??? And I can't breathe all the way and get dizzy.
