I have a Sony Cyber-Shot camera and I am constantly uploading my pictures onto the computer. Someone told me that it takes up a lot of memory to continue to upload the pictures onto my computer so I am wanting to know if it is possible to upload my pictures straight to a jump drive/memory stick and then post them onto the web from the jump drive? That way the pictures are never actually being uploaded onto my computer.

My adviser suggested this career since I am interested in agriculture (and have an agriculture background) and I am interested in travel (and have traveled a lot). I just have not been able to find much information on what an FX trader would do if they are majoring on the Ag side of things. Also, wanting to know how demanding it is, as I am married with a one year old and family come first.

I was going through my files the other day and noticed that one of our properties doe not have a lease. My husband was in charge of managing them at the time that this tenant moved in (because I was 9 months pregnant) and didn't bring a rental lease with him to have them sign it. They moved into the house in March of this year. We completely restored the house (before they moved in) and it is in excellent condition so I would really like to get a lease with them. They said they will ONLY sign a month- to-month lease because they are suspicious as to why we are all of the sudden wanting a lease. So I am trying to find a landlord's website that lists reasons or advantages for the tenant to want to be in a lease. Have any of you come across such websites? Thank you!

Does anyone know the typical income of a veterinary chiropractor? I realize there are different fields you can go into but just wanted a general idea of what could be expected.

I am 23 years old and have been flipping houses for the past 2 years. I used to go to the University of Oklahoma until I realized I needed more hands on experience with flipping. So far- I have flipped seven properties (including commercial buidlings). I am now looking to go back to school and get a degree that I can use.

I am getting ready to close on a house and I am trying to find some really pretty choices for exterior paint. It is an old home from the 1890s and it sits right in front of the golf course so I do not want it to be too ancient looking I want a modern look to it too, I guess.

I am trying to search the internet for some really neat color choices as far the exterior goes. Right now, it is just the plain old big white house with black shutters(which is beautiful) but I think I want something that is going to make the hosue pop. Whats some new colors that people are doing with their houses. I would like any ideas that I can kick around or even a good website! Thanks guys!

A house I am looking at online says "pending appraisel". Does this mean that an offer has been made but the buyers are wanting to know what the appraisel value is before they go thru with the deal. Or is the real estate company just waiting on the new appraisels for this house for this year?
