How do I upload a video from my pc to Instagram? What file type do Instagram videos use?
I ve downloaded loads of editing software and file changing software but it still says "file type not supported" when I attempt to upload the video from my phone to Instagram. Does anyone know what s going wrong here? Is there any way I could email someone the file for them to quickly do it for me? I know the file type is supposed to be a Matrasoka video file and in 640x640 parameters but it still doesn t work!

I want to work abroad in Spain over summer to improve my Spanish but I'm having trouble finding work. However have come across a lot of opportunities to instruct various watersports whilst there. The only catch being I don't have the qualification to teach any. What would be the easiest sport for me to teach to give me the chance to improve on Spanish? Any other advice is also welcome.
