Okay so here's the situation. I am currently in a case with immigration battling to stay in the U.S and gain citizenship. I mentioned to the judge that in 2005 I was detained by a state trooper and taken to a local police station where I stayed for an hour. I was not finger printed or had my picture taken, but an officer told me my name would remain on file. I was pulled over for suspicion of DUI. My BAC was below the limit so I wasn't arrested and there was no reason too. The judge now wants evidence that my record is in fact clean now, since I mentioned this to her. I've contacted the department of justice in Albany, and then I was told to contact the state police. So I did, they told me to contact the court and have a disposition regards to the situation. I'm not sure what that means, so if anyone can help me figure this out that'd be great. Thank you.

Okay, so I won't go into too many details just the main idea here. About 4 years ago was the last time I saw my mother. Life was pretty normal for me until about 4 years ago. She lived in the US for about 12 years. We lived a pretty normal life. She cheats on my dad while in the US. I was about 11 when I saw her kissing another man. Her relationship with my dad was crumbling. There was no love so here comes this guy and she falls for him. So in a last attempt by my dad to restore the love my dad tells her that he'll send her to Central America to visit her family (she's not legal here so her going back to her home land means crossing back illegally) while in Central America the guy she fell in love with here in the US came with her. My dad stayed in the us working his *** off. He promised her to bring her back, but she decides to stay and tell my dad and she's been cheating on him with this man THAT HE CALLED HIS FRIEND. Long story short they break up for good, PLOT TWIST the guy that my mom fell in love cheats on my mom with my aunt who has just turned 18 (note this is event happened 2 years ago) so yeah my mom is left pregnant with this guys kid. I have a step sister. The guy to this day is still with my aunt. So until just recently my mom tells me that she's found forgiveness towards this SOB and her sister. He's helped her live better. The only reason why is because of the child he cares for not her. So now she's telling me to forgive and forget. What should I do!?!
